Made to order
Every tag is made from the tag you build. The live preview is your proof: check spelling, rank, wings and colors before you add it to the cart. We engrave exactly what you type, and every tag is checked by hand against your preview before it ships.
Guarantee and returns
If a tag arrives damaged in shipping or does not match the preview you approved, send a photo with the damaged tag form within 14 days and we replace it free. Because each tag is made just for you, we can't take it back for a change of mind. Details are in the FAQ.
Prices and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping and any tax are shown before you pay. Payment is processed by Shopify on the secure checkout of Woven On the Plains; we never see or store your card.
Shipping
Tags are made in Auburn, Alabama and often ship the next business day by USPS with tracking, including APO, FPO and DPO addresses.
Insignia and wear
We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the Department of Defense or any branch. Insignia are used to make tags for the people who earned them. Your command decides what is worn on duty.
